AllGPTs.ai provides access to multiple AI language models including GPT-4o, Claude, and Gemini through a unified chat interface. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use AllGPTs.ai.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Includes limited daily messages and access to select models.
• Pro Plan: Paid subscription providing unlimited messages, premium models, and advanced features.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or message limits at any time with notice.

5. Payment and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AllGPTs.ai to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing

7. AI-Generated Content

• Responses generated by AI models may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
• AllGPTs.ai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI output.
• Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The AllGPTs.ai name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you input and the AI responses generated for you.

9. Limitation of Liability

AllGPTs.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
